1. Pre-Conference Workshop & Welcome Drink (June 8)
   We are pleased to invite you to the pre-conference workshop and Welcome Drink hosted by Poznań University of Technology. The event will take place on campus, in Building A2.

2. Conference Venue - Day 1-2 ( June 9-10)
   The main conference will be held at the Andersia Hotel, located at pl. Władysława Andersa 3, Poznań. The reception area will be set up in the hotel foyer.

   We kindly encourage all participants to use public transport to reach the venue, as parking at the hotel is very limited and we are unable to provide dedicated parking spaces. The hotel is well-connected by public transport. If you require parking, we recommend using the Stary Browar public parking, located approximately 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.

3. Technical Visit – Day 3 (June 11)
   On the third day of the conference, we will organize a technical visit to the Poznań Wastewater Treatment Plant, located approximately 30 minutes from the city center.
   Transportation will be provided. The bus departs at 9:30 AM sharp – please arrive on time, as the bus cannot wait at the meeting point.

   Please note that the Wastewater Treatment Plant is classified as a strategic infrastructure facility under Polish law, and access is strictly regulated. Important requirements:

   • Confirm your participation at the conference registration desk.

   • Bring your passport or national ID (EU citizens only). Identity documents will be checked upon entry.
     You will not be allowed to enter without valid ID.

   • Photography is strictly prohibited within the facility.

   • Luggage is not permitted on the premises. If you bring any luggage, you will be able to leave it securely on the bus during the visit.
